Banquet Facilities
There are three banquet halls available at Lakeview Hills. Each one is geared to suit your every need.

The Walter Hagen Sports Bar
The Sports Bar comes equipped with table seating for up to 60 people. You'll also find three 25 inch TV's as well as a large screen TV for your sports viewing pleasure. The Walter Hagen Sports Bar is ideal for informal business meetings and small parties for the sports minded enthusiasts. This room can be set up for a plated or buffet style meal. If being informal and relaxed is the theme of your get together, the Walter Hagen Sports Bar is the place to be.

The Fairway Terrace
The Fairway Terrace is a banquet room on the lower level with a seating capacity of 150 people. It has it's own full service bar with a seating capacity of 30. The Fairway offers a spectacular view of the South course and surrounding landscape. The all brick fireplace in the Fairway is the perfect backdrop for those wedding or anniversary pictures.

Emilios
Emilios is the newest of our banquet facilities. It is decorated in a tuscany theme. This rich and warm atmosphere is ideal for wedding receptions, class reunion, Christmas parties, and golf outings. This room has it's own entrance, dance floor, and bar. As with the other two banquet rooms, dinners can be served by either plate style or buffet. Even though the seating capacity is in excess of 350, the round tables can be arranged to provide intimate seating.

All of our banquet rooms come equipped with white table linens, china and silverware.

Banquet Catering Information

Our extensive menu offers many choices for all occasions. If you prefer a personal menu, customized menu-planning is available by appointment.

Deposit - A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required in order to book a specific date.

Billing Procedures - Fifty percent of the menu balance is due upon menu selection. Final payment of food and liquor services by groups is due one week prior to date of event. Payment is to be made by check or money order to Lakeview Hills Golf Resort. Credit card use requires a 5% service fee.

Band or DJ Policy - Lakeview Hills is not responsible to serve the band members food and liquor unless they are included in the final count. Sound level is at the discretion of the club management. Entertainment in our banquet rooms is limited to 12:00 midnight unless previous arrangements are made.

Provision of Beverages - Absolutely no one is permitted to bring any beverages of any kind into the club from off premises, unless it is to be used in the hotel and then must remain in the hotel rooms.

Food - All food items must be supplied and presented by the club. Menu selections must be made 4 weeks in advance and final guaranteed counts given to the club two weeks in advance with absolute final being 72 hours in advance of the function. The club will set-up and prepare for 5% more than guarantee is 100 or more. If the guarantee is less than 100 the club will set-up for 10% more.

All prices quoted are subject to 6% sales tax and 18% gratuity.
